Hi! The GenerateBlock Padding and Margin Adjustment has bugs

Hi! I am using GenerateBlock Pro with GeneratePress premium.
However, after I adjust the padding or margin of the blocks for the mobile mode, it affects the desktop mode. I am using % for the paddings. And after I adjust the desktop padding, it affects the mobile.
It's very frustrating. After I have done adjusting the padding of the mobile, the desktop mode gets messed up, vice versa.
Why is that?Please help.
