[Support request] Hi! The 2019 WP theme works but the Generate Press Theme does not render right

The theme is not displaying correctly. The media exists on the server and they are not in the Media gallery. The menu is vertical and has not styling. After installing, deleting, and reinstalling the theme/ making child theme problem still persists.

We have fixed all server issues.

Please help this issue is urgent.

Hi there,

The site is under maintenance mode so I can’t see the issue.

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP premium so we can see the issue with all plugin conflicts eliminated?

We haven’t had any reports on this so it’s likely something specific to your install.
