is the issue that the menu is wrapping to two lines ?

If so there are lots of places you can make different changes to improve spacing.

a. Increase the Container Width in Customizer > Layout > Container.
b. Reduce the padding on the Customizer > Layout > Header
c. Reduce the Menu Item Width in Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation
d. Reduce the size of the Logo in Customizer > Site Identity
e. Reduce the Primary Navigation menu font size in Customizer > Typography.

If you want to disable the GP Mobile Header then you can using the Disable Elements panel:
