Hero ...Steps

I post this because the GP support is so fast and I'm sick of hung for the HERO docs I found it at one point? If you can provide that...
My problem is I'm having some difficulty getting the element to work. Trying to mock up something like this link (below)
Navigation full width... with a container at the bottom with a slight overlap ( I know how to do this on a regular page but unsure about the element.. Is this just a cut and paste?) and the centering of the title with a graphic over the hero.
Hi Steve,
You can use a block element - page hero to create the layout, and a header element to merge the header (navigation) with the site content.

Thanks Ying.
That got me started... But maybe you can help me with something that has me stumped?
I used the element to merge the navigation over the image to get the opacity. But when I scroll the menu pops over to the left and the title disappears?

Must be your day off today?
Hi Steve,
Yes, Ying was out for today.
And, yes, we can help you. This is what I see when I scroll down on Desktop: https://share.getcloudapp.com/7Kujery1
What are you currently seeing from your end? Can you take a screenshot?

On mobile, there's no Sticky Navigation.
Hi Fernando,
I was able to click and cuss my way thru to a fix : ) Thanks for the reply.
I was wondering if there is any way to center the "Return To Top" and style it in the footer element?
You're welcome Steve!
Yes, there should be a way.
