Hero Section : Image not showing

We cannot access the preview link unfortunately.

I do see a big dog image on the live site though:

Hi Leo, that is the image. But I do not see that. I am not sure why that is.

Hmm can you try clearing your browser cache or use incognito mode?

I tried both those things. Also from my phone but I can't see the image.

I would recommend disabling your caching plugin to test.

I tried viewing your site as well, and I can see the same page hero image as shown in Leo’s screenshot.

As mentioned, issues like these are caused by cache.

Can you try viewing the site on a different browser? If that doesn’t work try a different device. Lastly, if that doesn’t work as well, try on a different network.

Thank you so much. This worked. My site was pointing to Cloudflare which is where I needed to clear the caching. Thanks so much!
