[Resolved] Hero Section : Image not showing

Hi There

I am trying to load an image for the hero section (after I have text), but the image does not show on the live site. It shows in the preview but not when viewing the live site.

Please advice.

Hi Leo, that is the image. But I do not see that. I am not sure why that is.

Hmm can you try clearing your browser cache or use incognito mode?

I tried both those things. Also from my phone but I can’t see the image.

I would recommend disabling your caching plugin to test.

I tried viewing your site as well, and I can see the same page hero image as shown in Leo’s screenshot.

As mentioned, issues like these are caused by cache.

Can you try viewing the site on a different browser? If that doesn’t work try a different device. Lastly, if that doesn’t work as well, try on a different network.

Thank you so much. This worked. My site was pointing to Cloudflare which is where I needed to clear the caching. Thanks so much!
