When you make a hero head, the image may be reduced for mobile viewing.
I have tried several values, but I can’t.

Hi there,

Are you referring to the page hero?

If so you should be able to reduce the size on mobile by reducing the top and bottom padding with the mobile toggle activated:

The full-screen option is turned on for the home page which means the padding options won’t work for sizing:

If you turn that option off, then you can adjust the size with the padding options.

The code is still showing full-screen option activated.

Did you make sure to clear your caching plugins or server cache?

I’d recommend keeping them disabled during the development stage.
