If so you should be able to reduce the size on mobile by reducing the top and bottom padding with the mobile toggle activated:

The full-screen option is turned on for the home page which means the padding options won't work for sizing:

If you turn that option off, then you can adjust the size with the padding options.

The code is still showing full-screen option activated.

Did you make sure to clear your caching plugins or server cache?

I'd recommend keeping them disabled during the development stage.
