Hero Block not behind menu

Hello, when i copy the homepage to another page the hero block is placed below the menu, in stead of behind the menu.

This is how it normally looks like on the homepage: http://www.solarpowersystemscalpe.com/

This is what is look like on a different page: http://www.solarpowersystemscalpe.com/test/

There is a large white bar above the hero block and behind the menu and logo. I cant get rid of this block.

I tried the things i saw in the form form other but is does not solve my problem.

Hi there,

on your Test page the Top Bar element is enabled.
Are you using a Layout Element to disable the top bar elsewhere ?
If you’re not using the Top Bar – then remove any widgets from Customizer > Widgets > Top bar.
