Help With Blog Page

Hi
My blog page at https://crazyoverdogs.com/blog/ appears to contain the "About Me" page. I can't seem to get back all the posts that had appeared there before, which had the blog category.
Can you help me, please?

Hi there,
how is that page setup ? As its not pointing to the Blog... if inspect the page i can see these body classes:
page-template page-template-page_blog page-template-page_blog-php page page-id-464
Which says its using a static page but that is using a non standard template presumably page-template-page_blog.php

I deleted the blog menu and set it up again via the categories on the menu option. That seemed to work.
Just one question. On this page at https://crazyoverdogs.com/category/blog/, can I add a featured image to each individual blog post?

Did you resolve the featured images ? As i can see a featured image for each post
