Hello, Im rebuilding out site using GP and I'm wondering how I can add this grab bar with the breadcrumbs below the header? Could I use a hook?

You can add this through a Hook element or a Block element.
As for the hook, you can hook it in on generate_after_header hook. :)
Is there a shortcode or option that I can add the breadcrumbs?
Hi there,
GP doesn't have breadcrumbs built in. We leave that to SEO plugins or a dedicated breadcrumb plugin like NavXT.
Those will provide the shortcodes you can add to a hook.
