Hello, I want to create a layout like this (Screenshot: https://i.postimg.cc/vTh9RycD/Screenshot-20230205-064832.png) on my site. I want to show posts based on different tags. I do not know how to create layout like this.

are you wanting to create the Search and Filter options ? As that will take plugins or custom development.
