Help me Add an Element to My Site

I would like to add an element I saw on:
It's the color changing on the svg logo at the top left and the coordinated color change on the button below. I'm not as worried about the cursor althought if that can be added as a change of color let me know.

Unfortunately that's not possible with a simple CSS solution - it will require a custom javascript solution.
If it's required for your site then I'd recommend contacting a developer using a service like Codeable suggested at the bottom of this page:
