Help!!! I cannot use "Customize" anymore...

I wanted to customize my heading but when I go to "Customize", I only see text...
I would attach an image, but I don't know how...

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

You won't believe it, but I had my laptop completely turned off for an hour or two, and when I rebooted, the problem was gone.
