Help displaying both the site logo and the site title on mobile devices?

Hi all,
How can I display both the site logo (a 30px square .png) and the site title (13 characters) to both display on mobile devices? They both display on tablet and desktop already.
Normally I only have to search your amazing wealth of guidance from your support forums to get my answer, unfortunately i'm struggling to find the right answer for this one.

Oops, it shows on landscape tablet, not portrait.

go to Customizer > Layout > Header and Disable the Mobile Header
