Headline Question

I have copied and paste this headline from GPB:

How can I achieve this, whitout copy the code all the time? It must be doable in the editor, right? I thought this is a Icon, but I cannot see this in the icon list. Must be a border then, but i can only set the border color and not the border?
Sorry, I have figured this out. Problem solved. It was the border settings.
