Headline block - using h1 tag correctly

Hi there

I've been using the h1 tag in the Headline block and have been disabling (by going to the page title when editing the page and clicking on the 'eye' symbol) to make the original page title invisible.

I'm just checking - is that enough to stop causing the page to serve up two h1 tags or is there something more I should be doing to shut down the original h1 tag to avoid duplication? It looks how I want it to from the front end but I don't want to leave random h1 tags knocking around the place to confuse browsers and screen readers.
