Headline Block + Touch Telephone Calling

Is there a way to force a Headline GB block to make sure users can cilck to call the phone number shown? I know iOS devices do this on it's own but I want to make sure all mobile phone can click a telephone number (using GB Headline) and make a call right away. I used to use an HTML block but would like to use Headline + icon from now on. Any ideas to make this happen?
Hi Ian,
You can turn the Headline block into an anchor link w/ href set to the phone number.

With this, tapping the headline with number should prompt the user if they want to call the number on Android phones.
