[Support request] Headline and Subheadline above the header image

Hello;
Excuse my bad english.
I have an older website that I want to migrate to generatePress. The problem seems to me to be the headline & subheadline above the header image.
Can I easily do this with GeneratePress & GP Premium?
I am not so good in English, so please write it as simple as possible. Thank you!

Hi there,

Looks like that layout is on every page so we can use the page header for the image:

then move the navigation below page header with this snippet:
