Headline and Photo display on mobile

Hello, the white box for the headline is obscuring the photo on mobile. It's particularly bad in this example as it's not transparent (that may be because I have way too many tabs open). Even when transparency is on, my visitors hate having text over and image on mobile and our bouncing. . https://flic.kr/p/2okwjv5 Is there anyway to change the way this displays so that I get photo, then headline and other information, then a line followed by text?

Hi there,
Can you link me to your site where I can see the white box?
1. The container block has a 40px margin-top, you can set it to 0 in the mobile responsive view.
2. The container block's top padding is set to 200px on mobile, if you want to see more portion of the image, set the top padding to 400px on mobile.
I'm sorry but can you be more specific as to where these settings are located? Will this be a global change or a post by post change?
Hi Stephen,
This should be a Global Change as it seems to be a Block Element - Page Hero.
You'll need to look for the Page Hero in Appearance > Elements and make the changes.
If you can share admin login credentials, I can try to take screenshots of the changes recommended by Ying.
