headings overlapping paragraphs

on an about page, my headings are overlapping my paragraphs. I have a headline that says "My Goal" It is over the next paragraph. I tried deleting everything and starting over but on the same page. No good. I tried customizing the spacing, no good. Can you help please?

Go to Customizer > Typography and make sure the line height option for H2 is not set to 0.
