[Support request] Headings H1

Hi guys,

I’m trying to change the colour of my headings. I can usually do this in the customiser but for some reason when I change the H1 text colour, the H1s on the front page do not change (they change throughout the rest of the site though).

I created the front page though Elements, and I’m not sure if this has something to do with it?

Can you tell me why this might be happening please, and what I can do to change the colour?

Also, would creating the front page through Elements have an impact on it’s SEO? e.g will Google be recognising the H1s?

Hi Lee,

The H1 title in the block has its own inline style, it overrides the theme style.

Since you are already using Generateblocks, I would recommend you to use Headline blocks (blue icon) to create the text. When you leave the Color option empty, the text style will automatically follow the customizer settings.

Google should recognize H1 in Blocks 🙂
