Heading Title in H2

Hi Team,
I am unable to understand how it can happen? I installed your premium theme on this site(https://reviewsonboard.com) and all posts have post title in the H2 tag instead of H1,
Please help me to resolve the issue.
For eg: https://reviewsonboard.com/a-beginners-guide-to-gardening/
Hi there,
your site is using a Block Element - Page Hero found in Appearance > Elements, or from the Admin Bar Menu when viewing that page.
Edit that Element, select the Headline Block and change it to a H1
