headers already sent - login failed

Hello,
I updated php to Version 7.0
Now I have problems with gp-premium:
I can't login - failure
!headers already sent! *
When I deactivate the gp-plugin via ftp, I can login.
The website works, but I can't update the gp-premium plugin from 1.2.67 to 1.2.96
I have no idea how to solve the problem.

Why can't you update? Any specific errors?

thank you - got it.Done it! So easy :))
Sorry, I was confused, because no sign was there for updating and when I wanted to delete the old plugin it always said: "Are you sure .....all files will be deleted"
That's why I hesitated.
