Headers

Hey guys. I'm stumped here. I have tried everything and every setting to get headers to work with my theme. I am using a light and dark header so I can choose which to display on transparent headers. The default header is dark so that 404 pages and such show a default that works every time.
For some reason the headers don't seem to respond or I have them configured improperly. Here are screenshots of my current setup. Any tips would be appreciated!

Hi Jason, the logo is there - but unfortunately the retina logo in the customiser overrides it. I believe Tom is aware of this. Have you thought of using an SVG for the logo? Then no need for the retina logo and it should work fine.
Do you mean this is a known bug? I can go the svg route but I thought the retina option built in was the fix for that finally. I don't like having tp define the svg logo sizing as its not always convienet for the end user. But if that is the only fix I understand. Please advise.
Yes, this is a known bug currently. We'll get it fixed in 1.6.3.
The SVG route is a workaround for now.
Thanks Tom! You guys Rok!
No problem! :)
hey guys when does 1.6.3 roll out to fix this issue?
Should be fixed in GPP 1.7:
https://generatepress.com/gp-premium-1-7/
See changelog under Beta 1.
You will need to migrate over to the new Header Elements though:

It's much better than the old page header module :)
Thanks. Is the Beta out?
Yup we are in release candidate 3 already :)
