Header with background image

Hello,
I'm trying to put a header element to my home page and following your step by step video, but whenever I hit publish, the image is not there. Not sure what am I doing wrong.

Is the page hero the same as the header image?
Also, the coding used (h1 post title etc.) not sure what it does or how they should be used.

There is also a graphic that I'm trying to put together (something like the one with arrows on the homepage) but not sure how. Is there a plugin or widget I could download for those icons?

In the display rules, instead of Page > Home, try Front page instead:

I changed to Front page and disabled the feature image and it worked :) Thanks a lot!
Could you please also advice how to add those graphics I mentioned before? Is there an icon or box plugin that I could download?
You could consider using svg icons :)
