Header Widget Below Header Logo Mobile

I want to make my header widget area show up under my header logo while in "mobile view." For now, the header widget is placed on top of the header logo. For example, I have social icons that I want to show up under my header logo while in mobile. I do not want the layout to change when it is not in a mobile sized browser. I hope this makes sense and you can assist me.
