Header Vertical distribution alignment

Hi there, greetings from the very heart of SE Asia, Phnom Penh.
Very happy with the plugin. Very intuitive...
Except that I seem to be totally unable to vertically distribute objects in the page header.

What you see is Mian nav fused with BG pic
Page title<h1> Bbold
Shortcode [ ] to Ubermenu menu
Now, I want the ACADEMY title more in the vertical middle ie lower.
And the Ubermenu on the bottom.
Simple HUH?
Well, for some odd reason whatever I do doesn't work.
Could somebody please help me.
