Header under Title

How can I get my header to look like this?
http://www.westernwildlifecorridor.org. They use the theme Nirvana, and the menu and header photo are under the title bar. I am pretty much a novice at this.....

I am also trying to get three rows below the header but I think I can only have one ticket at a time!
Let's try to tackle one issue at the time.
Currently the logo is added as a top bar widget, can you try adding it under site identity first?

I figured it out by using widgets in the meantime. Thanks for your help.
It would work better if you use my method as the site logo option is built for that :)
