Header styling similar to "Border" by Pojo themes

Hey Guys,

I'm using GP Pro with Elementor to develop my site.

I really like the header styling (mostly the small flat colored indicator that appears when hovering a menu item) from the Border theme by Pojo:

The rest of the page I can easily get done with Elementor.
Is there a way to replicate this in GP?
