Header Problem

I have a header with navigation and another header just below it. I don't want both headers. I can't figure out how to remove the first header. I'd like to show a screen shot if possible. Is that possible?

go to Customizer > Layout > Secondary Navigation and set the Location to No Navigation
That fixed it thank you!
