Header padding not changing

Hello,
I need help figuring out what I'm doing wrong. I'm trying to change the header top padding. While in the customizer, the change is applied but reverts when I view outside the customizer. I can verify that the new value is saved in the customizer.

Hi there,
can you try clearing any plugin and browser caches to see if the update takes affect.
If still a problem please share a link to your site.
clearing db cache did the trick. thanks
