Header option for Blog page?

Hello. I congratulate you on your magnificent staff. I would, in my blog page where are the last post to set the header with a background image and text. I did so but the changes are displayed, you can not use this option header in this type of page?

For the Blog you need to set the Page Header in "Appearance > Blog Page Header".
