Header only appears on mobile version when breakpoint is set at 415 or higher

When the mobile version of my site 2gl.siterubix.com is set of a breakpoint below 415, the menu is full. When I set it at 415 or higher, the menu becomes mobile, but the header disappears. Can I fix this?

Not 100% sure if I'm seeing the issue.
Can you try uploading a mobile header logo in the customizer first?
