Header navigation bar

I am looking to add a simple top bar with menu of "about us, disclaimer, follow us items etc." navigation links above the main navigation bar similar to website shared privately (top black bar)
Can you please help with the best way to achieve this.

You can also us a WP Navigation block or GB Headline Blocks for the top bar menu items you wish to add.

Thanks for prompt response, but the video above does not show how to add a menu to the bar.
When I try to use WP navigation block, I get the error "You do not have permission to create navigation blocks"
How to add with GB headline - will have to create individual link for each page. Is there a easier way to add the menu as a whole.
Hi there,
1. Enable the Secondary Navigation in Appearance > GeneratePress.
2. Create a new menu, and assign it to the Secondary Nav.
3. In Customizer > Layout > Secondary Nav, set the Location to Before Header
4. You can also add widgets for your social icons to the Top Bar widget area, and merge that with the Secondary nav, to create the same layout in the example URL you provided.
