Hi Sal,
That's very odd - no issues with other sites using 1.3.23?
Can you try #1 on this page?: https://generatepress.com/knowledgebase/debugging/
If I do #1 will i loose my settings.... ?
Tom,
If you're willing, I can give you privileges to look at my site and see do what you do best.
Regards,
Sal
You won't lose your setting if you do #1 on that list.
You'll just have to re-activate your plugins when you're done.
You can also deactivate them one by one and see if the issue goes away with one of them deactivated.
Tom,
I tried #1 with no luck. Other sites work fine it's just this one "WCBInjury.com" I can edit within a page etc., but The when I try to edit the header tag line, or add, move or delete form the Nav bar within Appearance/menu it will not update. Checked with GoDaddy to see if they had issues...none.
Again, I can provide you with login ID and pass. My personal email is Salvatorie@SalvatorieStudios.com

Sal
A login and pass won't do me much good I'm afraid.
It sounds there's some sort of server issue going on.
Can you try increasing your PHP memory limit: https://generatepress.com/knowledgebase/increasing-memory-limit/
Tom,
Now when I delete all the GP Preim plugins and hit Apply....an error comes up saying "ERROR: options page not found."
GoDaggy increased the memory
Tom,
Found it!
What seemed to have happened is the menu ID were mismatched! Don't understand ow that could have happened... so what I did is made screen shots and looked at the other sites I did and saw this common error. Changed the WCBInjury.com site to match the others and it's done.
Thanks for your help
MERRY CHRISTMAS
Sal
Ah no problem - glad you got it working!
Happy Holidays! :)
