Try the following:

- Remove/reduce the content padding: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/content-padding/

- Reduce container width: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/container-width/

- Set header width to contained: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-layout/

- Make sure the header padding is the same as content padding: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-padding/

This should make sure everything aligns. Let me know.

As for logo on mobile, since you are mobile header feature, you would need to upload a mobile header logo which should be a small icon. The globe icon you have should work the best.

If you would prefer your normal logo, then just turn off mobile header feature.
