Hi Sorry! I must have created a duplicate ticket.
I’ve set a page to use the “default” template (instead of Elementor Canvas or Elementor Full width), default page builder container and “Content/Sidebar”. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a way to display Page header, title, primary navigations. What am i doing wrong?
I also tried various permutations and combinations with the customizer, but no success.

Hey – do you think I didn’t do that before reaching out to you? I was hoping furhter clues and tricks beyond you clear cache suggestion 🙂July 29, 2020 at 12:07 pm #1381021LeoStaffCustomer Support
I’m not sure if you did but disabling the caching plugin is actually better for us – it allows us to inspect the code better which is why we asked to keep them deactivated if you need to post your topic 🙂
There are two possibilities that those theme elements can be removed with GP:
– With the disable element metabox:
– With a layout element:
If none of those applied to your case then it’s not a GP issue so I’d check with Elementor’s support.July 29, 2020 at 12:24 pm #1381035Nataraj
If you are looking at the site ..
1. All elements are disabled (i.e., Assigned to 404 template)
2. WP Rocket is disabled; prior to that cache is cleared.

BTW – it works fine for “Post” but it doesn’t work with “Page” and “Woocommerce related pages/products”July 29, 2020 at 2:31 pm #1381120LeoStaffCustomer SupportJuly 29, 2020 at 3:04 pm #1381147Nataraj
I just used Gutenberg editor for this page (this is a page) https://creativenatureart.com/__test_29_jul/
No elementor. Still no luck!
However, this is a post (https://creativenatureart.com/always-carry-your-camera-with-you/) edited using Elementor, and it works!!!!July 29, 2020 at 3:14 pm #1381150LeoStaffCustomer SupportJuly 29, 2020 at 3:23 pm #1381155Nataraj
No, on the page layout screen I don’t see it. But I don’t know which module is loading Elementor Canvas instead of the theme default layout
See the screenshot below.
BTW – I wish we had a nice to upload the screenshots to this portal.July 29, 2020 at 3:24 pm #1381156Nataraj

Maybe it’s a caching issue again as you have the caching plugin activated?
All I can see the code on that page which is showing that Elementor/Elementor canvas is loaded:
There is no way that GP would activate Elementor canvas for you.
Any chance you can check with Elementor’s support on this?July 29, 2020 at 3:45 pm #1381163Nataraj
WP Rocket is off and cleared the cache and then tested. Still loads the canvas template.

That case please check with their support first.
All the HTML markup are coming from Elementor as well:
That is not something from the default Gutenberg editor.July 29, 2020 at 4:54 pm #1381201Nataraj
I am going to do that as well, but thanks for helping to trace the problem! I will fill you in once I found a solution.
