Header & Menu Stretches while reloading or refreshing

Hi,
When I reload my website, Header & Menu Stretches to the half of my computer screen for some milliseconds.
I am using Header image only for mobile, but when I refresh or reload; Header image appears on PC while this Stretches is going on.

As I am a premium user; please help me to fix this asap.
Hi there,
Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?
