[Resolved] Header menu – expands drop down when opening page

When I display my site on a new browser, the dropdown menu for one item shows fully expanded – giving me a tall dysfunctional header bar. What is causing this:

I recently changed hosts – where I used the Litespeed caching plugin, and didn’t notice they had a different caching plugin – and so I had two plugins running in tandem – and I suspect the old one was delaying a needed script for the menu. Disabled the old plugin, and the problem went away.
