Not sure what part are you having difficulty with?

The Email us button can be added using a block element, set location to the entire site, choose hook as element type, set generate_menu_bar_item as hook name.

Or you can use this method mentioned in below article:

For the menu item hover effect, just need some simple CSS.

You should be able to achieve it with GP :)

I'm not to fussed about the CSS style or button tbh.

The main issue with the logo part from what I can see is that there is no padding in the block that it uses so looks odd when I revert back to the default.

The one I'm using at the minute looks like much better on desktop and mobile

what am i missing, the site you linked to is using the GP Site header and logo.
Is there another site to compare it to ?
