header logo not displaying

Hi,
Our site header isn't displaying. It was but isn't now and we can't work out what we've done to make this happen.
I've done the turn off plugins test. When I get to turning on GP, the header logo disappears and the primary menu is at the top of the page, as can be seen at the moment.
At this point in the test, before turning on GP, active plugins are Akismet, BackWPup, Classic editor, Contact Form 7, Jetpack, Wordfence security, and Yoast.

Update: this issue appears to be only on the home page.
