Header Lags (Glitch) while loading a page or article.

We are using Wp rocket caching plugin

Does the issue resolve after all plugins are disabled?

just disable the minify CSS option - i can't see it making a great deal of difference to your sites performance.

Hello David disabling the minify css has decreased the speed. We checked with the pingdom speed test, gtmrtrix and google's page Insight.

Is there any way we can exclude the header section from Wp rocket minification?

You would need to work through the WP Rockets settings - there isn't anything we can do to influence how WP Rocket combines/minifies CSS.
