Header issue

I know this might be a really dumb question but I cant seem to get my header bg color to show fullwidth on this page. Its set to fullwidth.
Hi Jason,
Can you make sure both Header Width and Inner Header Width are set to Full in Customizer > Layout > Header?
Doesn't look like they are.
Let me know.
