Header is not working

Hello,
so I have GP premium and I am trying to put a video or an image with parallax effect.
But none seem to work.
If I put an image the image stays still if I put a video,nothing happens. I need help!

Yes I did that but the parallax effect is not working :( and I tried a video but it didn't work
Hmm doesn't look like parallax is enabled currently?
Are you getting any specific errors for videos?
It looks like you've added the image as a background image to your site header, which doesn't have a parallax feature.
You can try setting the attachment option for the site header background image to "Fixed".
If you want the more advanced parallax feature, you'll need to use the Page Header add-on.
Oh nice, it worked with the image. I couldn't put the video tho. On a fresh website. I will try to find a way.

There's no way to do it to videos currently.
