Header Image only showing on desktop/laptop

Hi,

My header image looks great on the laptop via chrome but it doesn't show up on mobile or tablets?

I am not too familiar with WordPress or building websites so if anyone knows a solution please let explain in simple terms.

I have just sussed out what I was doing wrong and its all OK now.
