Hi there,
Bought a premium license a couple of weeks ago and with some help here i managed to get a big header to display above the menu on all pages…
But now when opening a single product the image of the product is placed inside this area instead of the general header.
How can i fix this? Also with the premium versions woocommerce element/module activated the thumbnails of products are a little bit bigger on mobile devices making the website not fully responsive/fitting on smaller smartphones such as iPhone 4, 5, 6, etc.
Any way we can fix this?
Thank you in advance.
Regards, Nick

So you want that image to show in the header globally right?
If so I don’t believe using the header element for that image is the best option here.
Have you tried adding that image as the site logo under site identity?
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-header-logo/It should work better and then you can delete that header element so single product pages go back to normal again.
Can you open a new topic for the second question? Much easier if we tackle one question per topic.
Let me know π
February 10, 2020 at 6:49 am #1160627NickHi there,
Ok seems like a start of a better solution but how do i make it full width and height?
So no white (or any color) space between the top of the site and the logo(image), no white space between the edges of the logo(image) and now white space between the logo(image) and the menu?Thank you in advance.
February 10, 2020 at 8:50 am #1160787LeoStaffCustomer SupportThe logo image itself needs to be wide enough to achieve that.
Try an image around 1950px in width, then remove all header paddings:

February 10, 2020 at 9:06 am #1160806NickHi there,
Uploaded an image of 2083 pixels wide, switched on the spacing module and removed all padding but still it is nowhere near full width/height.
Looking forward to hear from you.
February 10, 2020 at 9:56 am #1160864LeoStaffCustomer SupportNot seeing any changes on your page with the browser caches cleared.
Can you try this first?
https://www.screencast.com/t/sfInV61PQFebruary 10, 2020 at 10:12 am #1160886NickBecause i removed it because it looks very ugly, but i will turn it on so you can see it.
February 10, 2020 at 10:42 am #1160914LeoStaffCustomer SupportOk can you now remove the merged header element you’ve created to insert the original background image?
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-element-overview/Then increase the logo width in the customizer:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-header-logo/February 11, 2020 at 2:47 am #1161546NickHi there,
i did but still it was not wide enough, i figured it out though: the logo widht can be set to a maximum of 800px when using the slider or arrows, but when entering a bigger size manually it works.
Thank you.February 11, 2020 at 8:05 am #1162034LeoStaffCustomer SupportGlad you’ve figured out π
