Header Image Isn't Responsive

I just got GP premium and spent a bunch of time making a header image with text in it and got it to the point where it looks good on my site. Then I go to see how it looks on smaller devices, and it's not even slightly responsive! The header image is just all haphazardly cropped, completely ruining my header text. How do I make the header image responsive, so it just gets smaller instead of getting cut up?

Background images shouldn't include text, as they will always be somewhat cropped depending on screen sizes.
It sounds like you might want to upload your header as a regular logo in "Customize > Site Identity".
