header image and navigation bar

We need to achive that the header image can fulfill the whole widht while the heigth needs to be fixated.
For example, at the moment when the window size is smaller than fullscreen(maximized) the navigation bar gets separated form the image(see image 1)
Correct visualization expected(see image 2). This windows is maximized.

Can you try adding that image through Customizer > Site Identity?
If this doesn't work there's another alternative we could try.
