Header/footer width

Hi,
I'm having problems with adjusting header and footer width. Even though it is set to full, both header and footer have white borders around.
Thank you in advance since I am very new to all of this and a lot of things have to be done:)

in Customizer > Additional CSS - delete this CSS:
body {
margin: 10px;
}
