Hi there,
you're site is using a Block Element - Page Hero, you can find the Element in Appearance > Elements, or when viewing a post check the Admin Bar > Elements menu:

Once you edit the Block Element, select the top most Container Block, in sidebar > Backgrounds, remove the background image.
