Header Element not working on pages

I have a header element to make my menu part of the cover image on the homepage. It's set to be site wide but for some reason it's not working with other pages like the How it works page.

Hi Sonja,
The page you linked as a 120px top padding to the content.

You can remove that padding at customizer > layout > container.
